My office hours are flexible to meet your needs. I can schedule appointments weekdays, evenings and on Saturday. My rate is $145.00 per hour for insurance billing purposes. I try to honor an individual’s financial limits and I will work with you to find a rate that is affordable. I provide a free 45 minute consultation to see if I am a good fit for you and to discuss your individual treatment needs as well as rates. I have a limited number of openings in my practice for clients who need a sliding fee scale.

I can bill to your insurance company as an out-of-network provider, however you must pay your insurance company’s reimbursement rate for your session in full at the time of service. Some insurance companies, like Anthem, will send you the Explanation of Benefits as well as any reimbursement.

I can provide a bill for you to submit to your insurance company. Psychotherapy can be reimbursed through some out-of-network insurance plans (i.e. PPO) benefits or through Health Care Savings Plans.

Please be prepared to pay at the time of service using cash or check. You may also use your flexible spending account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).
